We will be performing planned maintenance on Contacto Platform for enhanced performance across platforms. During the maintenance window Contacto Platform would be unavailable.

When is the maintenance?
15th October 2023 03:30 UTC - 15th October 2023 07:30 UTC
14th October 2023 20:30 PDT - 15th October 2023 00:30 PDT

Impact:
Customers would not be able to use the entire Contacto platform during this downtime.
Note: We would be releasing a new version of agent Desktop app as a force release to avoid any backward compatibility issue
