We will be performing planned deployment and migration on Monday, 13th March 2023 06:30 UTC, to support the new feature of exporting conversations and customized Contacto URLs. The impact should be minimal and the interruption should last no more than 30 minutes.
When is the maintenance?

What services will be affected?
Users will not be able to access console.contacto.com during the downtime window. Users might need to re-login to console.contacto.com if they are logged out post this downtime. Users will not be able to access the Views section on agent desktop app.
